The "Strategic Development Center(SDC)" Program enables Noocleus Media's business credo of a close, intensive partnership with clients, whereby Noocleus Media leverages its offshore presence & Global onsite/offshore delivery model to act as the Strategically & Operationally replicated, geographically distinct but functionally intact "extended arm" Global Delivery Center of the client. Strategic Development Center(SDC) enables clients to significantly expand delivery capacity, and leverage the Time, Cost & Productivity benefits of an extended Offshore presence without the accompanying capital investment or daily administration hassles. In essence the Strategic Development Center(SDC) program enables clients to create their own Captive Development center with cutting edge physical & technology infrastructure & a dedicated, professionally managed full-time resource team while maintaining high standards of Security & Quality.
To become a "Strategic Development Center(SDC)" Partner a client must undertake to maintain a dedicated Offshore based team of 10 resources for a period of 1 year.
This is a necessary but not sufficient condition. In order to maintain the exclusivity and undiluted priority of this Program, Noocleus Media offers this Partnership only to select clients to whom it believes this partnership arrangement is specifically suited to & and would deliver maximum business value.
